Screen shows a giant random numeral, tap to get a new one. Alternate inverse video so as not to confuse successive duplicates.
It might be possible to use NinePatch for seven-segment digit display.

The "deep" observation is that for most tasks, a smart phone merely enhances a natural human capability: memory, communication, computation. But a good entropy generator is fundamentally new power. (And game theoretically advantageous for implementing mixed strategies.)
