[aljtzees] Forbid free introductory pricing

For consumer protection, make illegal the practice of "we'll throw in an extra service (that you probably don't need) free for 6 months, and jack up the price then if you forget to cancel".  Let the lowest price that something may be offered be $0.01.  There is always a line item on your bill, for a service you may not be using, that is costing you money, thus reminding you to cancel.
