[jlnrrmmi] Refrigeration-less ice maker

Create a device which rapidly creates ice using only the ambient freezing air.  Probably deposits a thin film of water onto a surface and freezes it with a blower.

Probably not too useful, since who wants ice when it's cold outside?

Inspired by a friend with a muscle strain.
