Jump up and land.  What is the maximum g force encountered by your feet on landing?  By any part of your body?  Compute it or measure it.

The soles of your feet undergo nearly instant deceleration from positive to zero speed on landing (so nearly infinite instantaneous force?), so the question might need to be asked better.
