Cambridge, Somerville and vicinity
We break up eastern and western because the Google Maps website does not list all if there are too many placemarks. Android Google Map app fails to plot all of them (limit around 150), so a special map for Cambridge. Other individual city KML files are in the by-city directory. I didn't download all the extra pages for some cities, (FALL RIVER, LOWELL, LYNN, NEWBURYPORT, PEABODY, PITTSFIELD, QUINCY, SPRINGFIELD, WOBURN, WORCESTER), because of laziness: they need to be done manually; there is inscrutable javascript and a hidden webform. This took a day of work, so I probably won't try other states, though the scripts are available for anyone else in the work directory: see NOTES. There are a lot of badly formatted addresses. Some have been fixed, but not all (noticing the one in New Hampshire).
Not surprisingly, there are no SUM ATMs near North Station, South Station, or Logan Airport. There's money to be made by gouging travelers with ATM fees.
