[dkwptegc] Hate speech marquee

Create a scrolling marquee which constantly prints all different kinds of the most common offensive (racist, etc.) speech out there.  The hope is to capture how boring and repetitive it all is, to desensitize people to it, so they can get past it, and so we do not have to apply the censorship hammer every time someone utters or might utter such speech. The only way hate speech (etc.) can attract attention is if you actually say something interesting.

The hope is not that people see it so many times that they just accept it to be true.  That would be an EPIC FAIL.

Such a display might be acceptable because it aims to be offensive to everyone.

Might collect via a user submission and voting mechanism like bash.org.  I think it also needs NLP clustering to avoid repeats.
