Some of your online activities you make public attached to your name. Some anonymously, attached to various different identities or accounts. Some are visible to certain friends only, with a power set of possibilities.
Create a system to keep you from making a mistake. Certainly, some rule-based system is a great first step. Second is artificial intelligence, learning from your actions, and (ambitiously) evaluating the "content" of a "new" online activity and deciding who should be allowed to see it.
