[yrfoqbfa] Bit exact open source

When code is distributed both as binary and source, provide instructions to produce the binary exactly down to the bit.  The purpose is to be able to verify that the binary actually corresponds to the provided source.  This is critically important for DRM'ed signed (presumably a detached signature) binaries of GPLv2 and earlier, which do not allow the user to install their own binary compiled from the distributed source.
