No-fly list

How can someone be considered so dangerous that they must not be permitted to fly, even after a more intrusive secondary search, but not so dangerous that they cannot be arrested?

The point of freedom of speech is that a free dissemination of ideas is good for society. If a person, having undergone a more intrusive secondary search, is found not to carry anything dangerous, then the thing he or she is carrying is his or her brain, and the ideas within it. The no-fly list implies those ideas must not be permitted to travel.
