3 knobs to rotate around standard axes (yaw, pitch, roll) (future post anchdwzz), 2 knobs to choose latitude and longitude of a different rotation axis, and 1 knob to rotate around that axis.
the "different rotation axis" remains locked to the object when the first three knobs are turned.
how many analogous knobs for 4D?
only one knob needed for 2D.
