[fmerbkbz] Finger Lakes lake effect snow

below is a radar snapshot from 2022-01-07 21:28 of lake effect snow being caused by the Finger Lakes in New York.  the wind is blowing traversely across the short direction of the lakes yet still picks up enough moisture to produce snow.
