[mqoojdab] Clock with varying ticks

Create a device which sounds audible ticks all day long.  Inspired by a ticking clock.  However, unlike a clock, the tick rate varies by time of day.  One can roughly estimate the time of day by listening to the tick rate.  Maybe useful for the blind.

Perhaps tick rate smoothly decreases from 3 Hz to 0.5 Hz over the course of the day.  The abrupt transition from 0.5 Hz to 3 Hz at the beginning of the day is your alarm clock.

Inspired by a constantly ticking clock being generally not very obtrusive.
