[wayksozu] Bike-shedding a nuclear reactor

Invert the trope: two items on the agenda, discussing designs of a bike shed and of a nuclear reactor.  No one says much about the bike shed, but surprisingly everybody in the room offers their highly technical opinions on how the reactor should be built.

(This of course requires researching a collection of highly technical opinions on nuclear reactors.)

I don't know if the following would be harder or easier to write: highly technical opinions about a fictional technology in a fictional universe.
