Modify baseball so that pitcher throws from much further away. The strike zone also gets greatly expanded: the batter has time and is expected to walk up to a few steps to get within swinging distance to the ball. Other rules will need to be modified also. There's probably a lot less skill needed to be a pitcher; maybe all the outfielders just take turns.
