Currently the old mailing list still works, however, just in case, there's a new Alumni google group and marching unit thinkers google group, set up by Ben Serebrin CPG/Altoz 99-03.

Jilliane Bruffey writes that all the lsjumb- mailing list addresses are being backed up, so if the old mailing lists stop working, they will probably subscribe everyone to the new mailing lists.
