In warm or humid conditions, or if one is fat, one cannot get rid of body heat fast enough, making exercise unpleasant, possibly leading to a feedback effect of becoming fatter.
One solution is liquid cooling. The standard one is swimming but that is often expensive and inconvenient: travel to a pool.
Exercise in the shower with the water temperature turned down. Design exercises which can be done there. Avoid slip and fall.
More ambitious is an exercise station, e.g., stationary cycle or elliptical, in a shower.
