[tpisszcc] Rape as an act of contempt

Some cases of rape might have a component in which a perpetrator is aware of but does not care about the harm inflicted on the victim, perhaps even willfully wants to cause harm.  How common is this, in contrast to cases in which the perpetrator is unaware (perhaps due to communication difficulty) and would have acted differently if aware?

In the former cases, examine how the contempt came to exist.  Hypothesize social class warfare.  Evaluate proposed solutions to rape in light of this underlying mechanism.  For example, consent culture does not work if the perpetrator does not care about causing harm, or willfully wants to harm.

Generalize to all other crimes and acts of contempt.
