[aykvctpb] Wireframe polyhedral compounds

Create a wireframe model of a nice polyhedron.  To increase strength and rigidity, add some internal struts.  An elegant way to do this is with polyhedral compounds, connecting nonadjacent vertices.  E.g., compound of tetrahedra.

Also consider connecting edges, perhaps midpoints.
