[zoqbaxvl] Two pi ligature

Instead of radically introducing a new symbol like tau or pi-with-an-extra-leg to signify 2*pi, simply treat 2pi as a typographic ligature, expressing all formulae in terms of 2pi.  It will still need to be parenthesized if 2pi is raised to a power.
