Create a probabilistic game, perhaps a gambling game, which relies on a probability distribution with undefined mean or other statistical pathologies, e.g., the Cauchy distribution.  The central limit theorem cannot be applied.

There seem to be many reasonable, even physical, methods to generate a Cauchy distribution.
