[tbguxcef] Unbroken wire

Given a long single wire strung between two distant places, determine whether the wire has any breaks.

This seems difficult (though almost certainly solved).  With two wires, or generically one additional conducting path like an ocean with and an undersea cable, one can form a circuit, so the problem seems simpler.
