[idczemte] Nuclear engineering prodigies

Consider training people to become nuclear engineers from a very young age, as children.  The science of the atomic nucleus is very non-intuitive to those who have lived among merely electron interactions for their entire lives; it is like learning a second language.  Create people who "natively" understand the power of the atom for the goal of increasing nuclear safety.

Inspired by the human factor in many nuclear accidents.

Vaguely analogously, Ender's Game is about kids being taught to think natively for space battles in 3D instead of on the 2D manifold surface of the planet about which regular people are accustomed to thinking.
