[rdypiisq] Complicating orthography

Many languages such as Greek and Chinese have recently simplified their orthography.  Consider going the opposite direction for English.  Call upon the linguists to enumerate the peculiarities of the language.  Or, the difficulties of writing a text-to-speech computer program.

Sarcasm and irony marks. Pronunciation of vowels, consonants, silent letters.
