[nnhprdfd] Verbose chess notation

Make the description of a chess move even longer than Reversible Algebraic Notation: state what pieces are being attacked, no longer being attacked, being defended, no longer being defended. List squares attacked and no longer attacked to which an opponent's piece could move, pins, skewers. Generalizes the + annotation for check, which is redundant.

Helps being able to follow a game without a diagram.  Helps reliably communicate a move.
