[ymvvjxhy] Abusing medical confidentiality

Given that a legally privileged relationship exists between a doctor and patient, can a patient use that to store a lot of generic data that is difficult for investigators to access?  One can imagine piggybacking on the patient web "portals" that doctor's offices now provide to create something like an online storage drive.  Perhaps steganography: daily pictures of a skin mole.

Just how difficult is it to subpoena medical information?
