[hlvzyxxj] Deus ex machina for chess evaluation

Assuming an evaluation function based on expected outcome (Bayesian degree of belief), one can make an engine prefer quicker wins and longer losses either by making the point outcome depend on the length of the game, or (somewhat equivalently) creating a low probability deus ex machina who might swoop in at any moment and award the point randomly to either player. Symbolically manipulate epsilon probabilities.
