Are there arbitrarily complicated polyhedra with all edges the same length (so the faces are equilateral but not necessarily regular)? Convex? Not prisms or antiprisms, so vaguely spherical?
Perhaps permit faces with 180 degree angles, i.e., any integer edge length.
The practical application is building physical wireframe models without having to deal with many different edge lengths like with a geodesic dome.
