You sit in front of a camera, naked. You see yourself in a small video frame on a larger screen. With a mouse, you can move around a virtual modesty region to cover your important bits on the video.
The video frame wanders around the screen forcing you to track it and move the modesty region with it to keep yourself covered. As the difficulty increases, the video moves around more quickly and the size of the modesty region becomes smaller.
Of course, the fun is transmitting the obscured video to lovers or paying customers.
Extra nerdy: the path the video frame moves is the Riemann zeta function.
Maybe good for Kinect, which has a built in camera.
This virtual strip game concept can be generalized any other game of skill: the reward for playing well is to avoid the modesty region from shrinking. A photograph instead of live video.
