Deploy a laser between two distant points that a human can directly see. One laser can do Morse code. 6 lasers can project Braille. More can rasterize letters.
Can the laser be weak enough not to hurt eyes looking directly into it (if Morse code), but bright enough to work in daytime? Atmospheric interference?
