[qkrdsqmq] Encode data in pleasant sound

A location plays ambient music which appropriate equipment, e.g., a smart phone with an app using the microphone, can decode into useful data.  Pleasant sound for people, not the harsh static of modem or fax machine.  Lots of error correction assuming a noisy environment.

A solution in search of a problem, as there are (presumably) many other ways a location can get ambient data onto a phone.
