[xqkpszgn] Censorship rule of thumb

As a general rule of thumb, if a proposed solution to a social problem involves suppressing speech, the solution is probably wrong, and is missing some more important underlying problem.

Is there a mechanistic way to derive the underlying problem from the type speech being proposed to be suppressed?  Perhaps something resembling a Socratic method.
