[guoklpyn] Different Chess960 positions as handicap

Perform a chess engine analysis of all 960^2=921600 possible pairs of initial positions if Chess960 did not constrain both sides to have the same initial position. Probably Monte Carlo with UCT.

Use the expected outcome to provide a finely graded handicap between players of different abilities.
