3D print models of proteins whose structure has been determined by X-ray crystallography, as art. They are unusual shapes difficult to manufacture by conventional sculptural means. Their correct shape is absolutely critical for their function, especially enzymes, so another reason to create with an exact computer controlled tool rather than carve it out by hand. (And yet life manufactures these exacting shapes naturally.)
Almost certainly already been done. Protein Data Bank.
