A forum adopts a counterintuitive policy of avoiding civility: members are expected to communicate their opinions in the most abrasive and offensive way possible, and this expectation is understood by everyone.
In contrast to the more-commonly seen (or attempted) opposite, enforcing civility, this has the subtle effect of increasing freedom of speech: political correctness cannot be used to censor objectionable speech.
