Social change often takes a long time, perhaps decades to generations. Assuming you have the patience and resources, what strategies are there for playing this long game? Bear in mind there may be others actively opposing your change also strategically playing their long game.
No doubt entities are already trying to do this. What does it look like? Is it subtle and covert?
For projects lasting longer than a generation, we need institutional memory of successes and failures.
