[uxedoyrs] Anonymous phone calls

If your phone could easily make anonymous (other than your voice), untraceable, phone calls, would you use this feature?  I imagine you generally would, allowing caller ID only for close friends whom you don't mind them knowing who you (already) are.

I think we currently have less activism, less whistleblowing, less complaining because of the lack of this.

The internet, e.g., Tor, can probably help, but has so much spam, with Wikipedia forbidding contributions via Tor.
