[zqpachmt] Equal face area solids

Consider polyhedra with faces of equal area (not necessarily the same shape).

Consider pyramids whose regular polygon base has the same area as each of the sloped side faces.

Consider modified pyramids with the flat base replaced with a spherical cap.  This is inspired by the 1 radian sector in 2D, a "triangle" with all sides of length 1.
