[yljwzyuv] Below market wage campaign labor

Person A says Candidate X is a good person.  But how can you trust Person A?  We make Person A commit to an action that a liar would not do.  This is a signaling mechanism in a game of imperfect information.

Count the number of hours of labor a worker (Person A) puts into a candidate's campaign and the compensation earned.  Compare those earnings to those which the laborer could have earned for his or her skills on the open labor market.

That loss reflects the value the laborer believes the candidate is worth.

Publish descriptive statistics about what kind of support each candidate is getting.  Median is probably interesting.

Compensation earned is difficult to figure if it involves political favors returned if the candidate wins.

Arguably campaign contributions offer a similar view.  What are the median contributions?
