Create a very good open-source file-sharing program. In accordance with the Grokster and Lime decisions, take considerable care to prevent U.S. users (Geo IP) from downloading and using the software. However, it is free libre and open-source: if someone else modifies it and distributes it, then it's no longer the original distributor nor author's problem. (This has not actually been tested in court.)
The software is partially an act of political protest. By creating an attractive and useful program that U.S. citizens may not use, it encourages political action to fix copyright law. U.S. users who try to download or start the program are instead directed to petitions and encouraged to contact members of Congress to change law to legalize (re-legalize!) such software.
