Insert the sex toy into your orifice of choice. Walk or crawl into a person-sized tunnel which is scale model of the toy except much larger. The inside is lined with buttons or sensors. Push any button and it stimulates (mechanically, electrically?) the corresponding point of the inserted toy, communicating via wireless.
