Rate a human player's ability to make good chess moves as judged by a strong computer program. But who wins more frequently than the quality of their moves suggest?
Such moves may point out flaws in the computer program, or human better understanding of psychological aspects of play (e.g., the unsound gambit).
It's a tricky problem attributing ultimate win or loss to quality individual of moves ("the winner is the one who makes the next-to-last mistake").
