[xtbxnddg] Risinger Sky Survey green channel

Nick Risinger's Sky Survey was taken in three colors, better than two for the previous full sky astrophotography.

With two colors, assuming a black body radiator, I think one can interpolate the full spectrum.  With three channels, we can see which objects violate this black body radiation assumption.
