[milxwixd] Low bandwidth terminal output

Create a shell+terminal where the output of command is implicitly piped through something like "less -F", for interaction under low bandwidth.  You only suffer at most one page of spew.

But is it the first page or the last page what the user most likely wants to see?  The last page will hang for infinite output.
