The camera opens on an extreme close-up of a comedian telling the most disgusting, horribly offensive dead baby jokes. The camera slowly pulls back to reveal the audience consists entirely of babies, increasing the shock, because if there's anyone these jokes would be inappropriate for, it would be young children. But the babies are all very entertained by this animated, exuberant comedian showering them with attention, of course not understanding a word he or she says.
