[iewdmwty] Structured e-mail response

Along with free-form text, e-mail needs a protocol where a sender can mail a form (perhaps with radio button, e.g.,  Yes or No) and a responder can mail back a structured response for easy collating.  Links to forms are what are done now, but require a central server.

Anti-spam could be incorporated in this framework: the first sender issues a challenge which the responder can prove the response is not spam.
