What if sexuality were not a taboo topic? What if, instead, it were exactly the opposite, understood to be the most important topic, and the rule is it can always preempt discussion on anything else, other than self-preservation. This ordering of priorities reflects the actual biological order of priorities.
On one hand, a great many of our social problems, currently shrouded in shame and censorship about sex, would be openly addressed, dealt with, and go away.
On the other hand, we might not get much else done.
