The most natural Wii game ever would be one based on the movie "Wanted". The controller has an accelerometer (for curve) and trigger button. The IR position sensor can tell if the trigger was pulled at the right moment, when you aimed it correctly. Hopefully, the IR camera on the controller has a very fast shutter, or can interpolate from the blur it sees.
