[bbhglqxa] regressive censorship

if you censor information about how to do something bad, especially how to do something bad and get away with it, then rich people can use their resources to get ahold of the information and do the bad thing to get richer and more powerful, but poor people will not be able to access the information.

sometimes this inequality is justified as acceptable because "rich people are more responsible"</sarcasm>.  (though the concept of "judgment proof" makes the justification not entirely sarcastic.)

to combat regressive censorship, to ensure poor people have access to the same information as rich people, public libraries should especially focus on books describing how to do bad things.  I doubt many public libraries do this.
