[xysiijys] Untrademark symbol

Create a "untrademark" symbol which, if prominently marked, absolves an entity of possible trademark infringement.  Complements TM or circled R trademark symbols.

The symbol should be a stylistic representation of the word "not", and semantically means that.  For example, a company "Bar" marketing a product in packaging similar to trademarked packaging by company "Foo" need only prominently display "not Foo" but otherwise may look indentical to "Foo".

This is to prevent big guys from squashing little guys with abuses of the trademark system and litigation.
