[uebsqodz] Dodgem with shrinking board

the game of Dodgem for 4x4 boards (and probably larger) ends in a loop with perfect play.  consider forcing a decisive outcome by gradually shrinking the board.

every so often (perhaps when there is 3-fold repetition), one square additional square becomes out of play.  if a player has a piece on a disappearing square, the player loses instantly.

details remain on how to choose which squares disappear in what order and when.  it should probably be from the back corner first.  perhaps players can choose how the decay happens.

Previously, trying to avoid repetition.
